About  Winners Chapel Johannesburg

The World Mission Agency is an international Christian missionary organisation committed to the upliftment of mankind from all that constitutes an oppression to his wellbeing, spiritually, physically, socio-economically and otherwise.
For the last 14 years this mission has been committed to this task.  Today, we are in about 32 African nations, operating in 63 cities and towns. We also have locations in Europe, the Carribean and the U.S.A. The World Mission Agency is the Missionary arm of the David Oyedepo Ministries International, founded by Bishop David Oyedepo, based on an Divine assignment received about twenty seven years ago.

In a visionary encounter that lasted about eighteen hours, he saw a roll of afflicted, battered, beaten, tattered, deformed, groaning and agonizing people, as a result of pains and pangs, crying as it were for rescue. And the LORD said to him,

"The hour has come to liberate the world from all oppressions of the devil through the preaching of the word of faith, and I am sending you to undertake this task."

For the last 27 years this mandate has been pursued with outstanding proofs of the Divine backing of God in setting men free of all oppressions and hardships of life by the preaching of the Word of Faith.

Multitudes of lives have been transformed by the Word of God, and the Hand of God is revealed upon the commission in various outstanding proofs. Presently at its headquarters, Canaanland set right in the midst of the African continent sits the Faith Tabernacle, which is reputed by the Guinness book of records to be the World’s

largest Church building. Built at a record time of one year! A living testimony to the awesomeness of God. Other outstanding proofs of God’s grace such as the growth of its leading university and more abound. For more details, visit the website www.davidoyedepoministries.org

Our passion as a ministry is the emancipation of man from all throes of spiritual, physical and moral degradation, and all forms of socio-economic deprivation. We want to see the dignity of every man restored in every area of his need. God shall give to you the change that you need as you fellowship with us. He wants to make a Winner out of you.
